HotaLab is a software engineering company based in Ho Chi Minh City. We started by building our own products because we wanted to answer for them — the maintenance, the failures, the decisions that only surface years later. We are still building new ones, and that is deliberate: a company that ships new products has current engineering, not remembered engineering. It is what we bring to the businesses we work with. We take on few engagements, we keep them for a long time, and we hold client systems to the standard we hold our own.

Most operational problems are not software problems yet. We start by understanding the work — then engineer the smallest system that removes the friction permanently.
