HotaLab builds and operates its own software. Five products are live on the App Store today, and every one of them was engineered before anyone wrote a word about it.
That is the job. There is no content function here yet — you are the person who builds one, decides what gets made next, and is answerable for whether it moved anything.
What you will do
- Own how HotaLab’s products are described in Vietnamese, wherever that description appears — the App Store, this site, release notes, social, and whatever channel comes next.
- Turn shipped work into language a user understands, working from the product itself rather than from a brief.
- Take on the marketing work a small company needs and has nobody else for: campaigns, channels, partner and customer communication, whatever the products require that quarter.
- Measure what you publish and decide the next thing from what you learn.
- Keep every claim true. If the product cannot do it, it does not get written.
What we need from you
- Vietnamese writing you can point to — published work in any format.
- Comfortable being the only content person in the room: you choose what to do next and are judged on the result, not on hours.
- Willing to work outside your job title in a company this size.
- Able to read English product and technical documentation.
- Willing to refuse a claim you cannot verify, including one asked for by the company.
Nice to have
- App Store optimisation experience.
- Short-form video, design or editing skills.
- Working knowledge of SEO and paid channels.
- Any commercial experience — sales, support, partnerships.
