Product Owner

Own the scope of live products, next to the people who build them.

HotaLab ships its own products and answers for them: five are live on the App Store, each with real users and a real review queue.

You take one of them, or more than one as things move. What gets built next, what gets cut, and what the release is supposed to prove are your calls to make and to defend.

What you will do

• Own the scope of a live product — decide what is next, and what will not be built.
• Write specifications that state behaviour and acceptance criteria, not wishes.
• Talk to users and convert what they say into a decision either way.
• Define what success looks like in numbers before work starts, and check that number after the release.
• Carry a release end to end, and pick up whatever it needs on the way — testing, store submission, support, coordination.

What we need from you

• You have owned a real product’s scope before, in a team of any size.
• Clear written Vietnamese; you can read English documentation.
• You can cut scope without quietly breaking a promise already made to users.
• Willing to do the unglamorous work yourself rather than wait for someone to be hired for it.
• Comfortable with mobile release mechanics — store review, staged rollout, rollback.

Nice to have

• Background in mobile development or Flutter.
• Comfortable reading product analytics yourself.
• Design, QA, or data skills you can apply directly.
• Experience in a small team where roles overlap by default.
