Last updated 8 September 2026. This policy covers the Tempo mobile app on iOS and Android.
The short version. Tempo connects people who have free time with people who need to hire by the hour in Vietnam. It is a marketplace with accounts, so unlike a purely local app it does store what you write and upload — on Supabase, behind per-row access rules.
Tempo supports discovery, connection and trust only. Tempo does not process payments. Money is agreed between the two people and settled off the app, so we never see a card, a bank account or an amount.

To run the marketplace: showing profiles and listings to other users, sending in-app notifications, and maintaining the trust features — ratings, block and report.
Data is stored on Supabase (cloud infrastructure). Row-Level Security is applied so each person can only reach the data they are permitted to reach.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account.
On deletion your personal information — name, photo, bio — and your private content are removed or anonymised. Records that were shared with another person, such as job and message history, are anonymised on your side rather than erased, so the other party's own record stays intact.
Users can block and report one another. Violating content is removed. We do not tolerate abusive content.
Tempo is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. The latest version is always posted at this address.
