Last updated 8 September 2026. These terms cover the Tempo mobile app on iOS and Android.
The short version. Tempo helps two people find each other and decide whether to trust each other. What they agree, and any money that changes hands, is between them — Tempo is not a party to it and takes no commission.
Tempo is published by CÔNG TY TNHH HOTALAB (HOTALAB COMPANY LIMITED), enterprise code 0111618627, registered in Hà Nội, Việt Nam.
By using Tempo you agree to these terms. The app is provided “as is”, for personal and lawful use.
Tempo does not process payments. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Tempo helps only with discovery, connection and trust; the two parties agree and settle payment directly, off the app.
User-generated content must follow the community rules. Abusive content is removed, and accounts that violate the rules may be restricted.
We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update. HotaLab retains all rights to the app and its content.
